Whenever possible, we aim to cover or subsidize the shipping costs to keep your total price low. If the calculated shipping rate is within our standard range, your order will be processed and shipped immediately with no extra charge.

2. Variable Freight & Extra Costs

Due to the volatile nature of freight and shipping to certain zones, there are times when the actual shipping cost exceeds our initial estimate. In these rare cases:

• We will contact you: If the freight cost is significantly higher than expected, our team will reach out to you via email or phone.

• The "Extra Cost" Process: We will provide you with a quote for the additional shipping balance.

• Payment: Once the extra shipping cost is repaid to us via our secure payment link, your order will be dispatched immediately.

3. Order Flexibility

If you are contacted regarding an extra shipping cost and you decide not to proceed, we offer a full, hassle-free refund on your order before it is shipped. We believe in transparency and want you to feel comfortable with every purchase.

4. Heavy & Bulk Items

Please note that bulk orders of beverages (Fiji Water) or heavy sacks of staples (Dalo/Cassava) are most likely to be affected by freight changes. We recommend contacting us directly for a custom shipping quote if you are placing a very large order.
